Call for Camp, Group, Team, and Coaching Instruction Rates.

Most coaches list playing accomplishments, rather than coaching experience, when introducing themselves.  The ability to do something well, and the ability to teach someone else how to do something well are two completely different skills.  With that in mind here is a brief history of my instructional career.

15 years coaching experience Major League Baseball -- Brewers, Phillies, Expos, Twins, Yankees (Scout), MLB International.

7 years NCAA and NCAA coaching and recruiting -- Stanford University (National Champions 1987 and 1988), Colorado State University, San Jose City College, Foothill Community College, and my personal favorite University of Louisville Softball.

I have coached in over 3000 professional games and 1000 amateur games.
I have given instruction to well over 1500 professional (63 current MLB players including AL MVP Joe Mauer), 500+ collegiate and thousands of amateur baseball players.

I have placed baseball and softball players in over 100 colleges and university's throughout the country.

I have placed athletes at all the major university's in Kentucky (UK, UofL, EKU, WKU, Murray, Morehead, Transylvania, Georgetown, Bellarmine, Campbellsville, St. Catherines, & NKU) including the top position player taken from the state of Kentucky in the 2009 MLB draft Wade Gaynor, 89th pick to the Detroit Tigers, from Hancock County HS and Western Kentucky University. I have placed players in the SEC, PAC-10, BIG 10, BIG 12, ACC, SUN BELT, WAC and BIG EAST Conferences to name just a few.

I have the knowledge, experience, skills and tools to get players to the highest playing level possible. More importantly it is that same set of ability's that allows me to take each and every player to his or hers full personal potential at whatever that highest level may be. Rather than simply work towards the next level, lets work towards the ultimate level. I anxiously await the opportunity to work with and for the needs of J-TOWN Baseball.

As John Wooden once said:

"Don't try to be better than somebody else, but never cease trying to be the best you can be".
