The Jeffersontown 8U Elite Girls won their first tournament while playing in the "June Bug Invitational" in Lebanon, KY.
After winning both "pool games", Jeffersontown was the number 2 seed heading into tournament play.
Playing well into the night, Jeffersontown remained undefeated in tournament play while taking home their first tournament championship since this new team was formed in January 2009.
