The 11U Dizzy Dean All-Star Team, Parents and Coaches would like to thank the entire community of Jeffersontown for the support during the month of July. We compliment and appreciate the effort displayed by our administration. Special thanks go out to Stan Hill, Scott Dibble and Todd Head.

The Boys 11U All-Star Team arrived in Commerce/Jackson County GA on July 16th. During the opening ceremonies, teams were introduced from FL, GA,AL, MS and TN. Our boys from Jeffersontown were the only team representing the state of Kentucky and City of Louisville. Thirty Five total teams participated in the event.

Over the next 6 days, our boys finished 7-0 and defeated teams from FL,GA, AL and TN. All 12 boys made tremendous contributions bringing home the World Series Title to Jeffersontown. The accomplishment was the 1st for a team from the state of Kentucky. Dalton Jones was crowned the World Series Most Valuable Player - with Taylor Ferry, Gabe Schmitt and Hunter Guthrie bringing home All-Tournament Team honors. Dalton Jones finished the tournament with 5 HR's and a 1-0 pitching record.
