This year JAYBAS has mandated that all managers, coaches, umpires, and parent volunteers fill out a Volunteer Application and be subjected to a Criminal Background Check before they are permitted to participate in any team activities. Please check with your child's manager to find out if you will need to fill out the application. You may download the application below, fill it out in its entirety and return it to your child's manager.
